The Daily Lavoisier : cross-country so fun or too hard ?

Cross-country : so fun !

Last Friday was our last cross-country meet. All the pupils participated in that competition. We have done this for four years in a row. Cross-country is a course during which pupils run for 2-4 kms. Pupils and teachers (like Mr Gaudoux and Mrs Legrand) were supportive and they encouraged us. The fastest boy was Alexis and the fastest girl was Camille. We had a good time, and even if it was difficult we did our best. While we were running Mrs Aliot was riding a bike, Rupert was taking pictures and Mr Blas and Mr Lefebvre werre running with us.

Mattéo, Elisa, Thibaut and Léa in 3e1.

Cross country : too hard !

Last Friday was cross-country meet. It’s a running of 2,4 kms, it’s a really bad moment for a lot of pupils. The fastest boy was Alexis Sutter. He ended 2 minutes before everybody else. He is going to participate in another cross with all the winners of the other schools. And Camille Wallemack was the fastest too ! None of us liked the cross-country running. The other people were encouraging us while we were running and having a very bad time…

Clélie, Julie and Esteban, 3e2 and 3e3.
